Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to exchange or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Or connect us via our LIVE CHAT option.  Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
  • We will deduct money you received from our CASH UNTIL DELIVERED OFFER from your return amount.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Return policy

The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before you place an order. Normally the allowable differences in the size are approximately 0.5 inches in measurement. If you find the size of the products does not fit you, you can directly contact us.

Return&Exchange policy

  • Men made defects are not guaranteed, such as damage after use, water damage and so on.
  • If you are not satisfied with your items, you can exchange the item, but the buyer is responsible for all further shipping charges.
  • If you wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items. You can do like this:
    • Step 1: Directly Contact Us through Email ( [email protected] ) within 7 days after you receive the package. Or us our LIVE CHAT option
    • Step 2: Send photos to us about the problems of the items or something else details.
    • Step 3: Return the items to us with tracking number, then we will deliver the right item to you immediately.
