This past week has been a good week. It was nice to get back into my groove and find inspiration after being sick for 2 weeks.

I think the warm and sunny weather has helped. I love this time of year in SC. It is warm, the sky perfect and no heat or humidity. If only it could stay this way all year long. :-)

Coming up this week I am in the process of making over the vanity in the primary bath in the house. I have never liked it since the day we moved in and am happy that I found a way to make it more to my liking without spending too much.

I am excited to see my idea come to life.

On another project note. Do you remember when I mentioned before the holidays that I was going to make a hutch for my living room?

Sadly that project had to be scrapped as my neighbor who has a Norm Abrams style wood working shop is moving. :-(. I would have needed his help to get all the wood custom cut. So now I am on a search for one that is already made.

I hope you have a great week… now onto the links I found to share with you.

Fashion

I bought this dress from Old Navy 2 summers ago. I wear it all the time. I just found it being sold under another label in other colors on Amazon. :-) I just bought it in the color pink! It was a little long for me, so I had it shortened a few inches at my local tailor.
